Promotional offer terms and conditions
These terms and conditions refer to the promotional offer (“Summer of opportunity”) brought to you by Nolte Kitchens UK Limited, whose registered office is at 61-65 Alderley Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1NZ (“Nolte”,”Nolte Kitchens”,”we”, “us”, “our”).
The Promotion is open to new Nolte customers only, and not to employees of Nolte, or any organisation professionally involved in this Promotion, or their close relatives. By using this Promotion, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such Promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
- Promotion
The Promotion will be applied to all relevant kitchen furniture orders with an order value equal to or exceeding £25,000 excl. VAT. Eligible orders must be completed by successful payment of an order commitment fee, before the 30th June 2024.
Orders must be completed and installed within 6 months of order confirmation to remain eligible.
Such orders will be subject to our standard terms and conditions of purchase and product / service specific terms and conditions of use.
The Promotion is only available to you if, at the time of taking advantage of the Promotion, you do not already have an active kitchen order in progress. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise indicated.
The promotion covers free kitchen installation as per our installation policy and does not include any costs not covered by our standard kitchen installation service, outlined in section 5 of these terms and conditions.
In the event of product cancellations, refunds will be given for the amount of the original purchase less the discount received. The Discount applies to the base price and does not include additional attributes. The Discount does not apply to additional products, add-ons and third-party products. VAT or equivalent sales tax is still payable at standard rates.
If you make use of a Promotion and subsequently cancel the product / service forming part of the Promotion, we reserve the right to remove the Promotion and revert to the original recommended retail price for the product / service forming part of the Promotion.
- Our Liability to you
We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage from the Promotion or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability outlined in General Terms & Conditions.
- How we will use your entryIf you take part in the Promotion, we will use any relevant details submitted to administer the Promotion. With your consent, we will also publish any details on our website as appropriate. Your data will not shared with third party organisations at any time.

- General
Nolte Kitchens UK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion refuse the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion from a participant or beneficiary at any time without notice.
These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by making use of the Promotion, you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this Promotion.
- Installation – What’s Included
Here at Nolte Kitchens, we operate a dry fit service. For the avoidance of any confusion we have outlined what work will be included within our installation process:-
- Two year warranty on workmanship
- Co-ordination and management of your Nolte installation
- Pre-installation site visit by your allocated fitter – reviewing plans, confirm measurements inclusive of electric, gas and plumbing locations
- Install, level and align all base, wall and tower units
- Measure, scribe and fit all décor end and filler panels
- Secure all cornice & pelmet where applicable
- Secure all plinth
- Prepare laminate worktops for sink/hob where applicable
- Dry installation of any appliances supplied by Nolte (please note connections not included)
- Install sinks and taps supplied by Nolte (please not this excludes any specialist taps and the connection of any water supply/waste)
Nolte supply protective sheets of Corex to be used post installation (this is not to be used in any way other than protection of the kitchen cabinets and can be removed upon completion of your kitchen project)
Kitchen removal and waste collection are available at request – if this is required and has not already been included in your quotation, please inform your designer as additional cost will be incurred.
(Please be aware waste collection refers to items specific to the kitchen only and does not include the removal of any CFC appliances, kitchen tiles, flooring etc.)
Work to be undertaken by the customer
Any building work must be complete and the site clean and tidy to ensure a safe environment for kitchen installation
All walls, floors and ceilings should be secure, level and prepared to an acceptable standard to allow the kitchen installation to take place
Any external ducting is the priority of the customer and should be in place prior to installation. This includes core holes to be drilled through brickwork
Failure to comply with the above information and complete any pre-kitchen installation works can result in a delay with your kitchen installation. If the installation needs to be rescheduled as a result of this please be aware it will a result in a charge for the fitters time lost.
Supplementary works not included within the Nolte installation
As mentioned previously, we operate a dry fit installation service. The responsibility of these items falls to you as the customer or the tradespeople you employ. Nolte do not accept any liability for supplementary works being carried out.
A guide to such works not included but not limited to:-
- Installation of appliances not supplied by Nolte Kitchens
- Any new or existing electrical, plumbing or gas connections
- Any changes/movement to the location of electrical, plumbing or gas services (including radiators)
- Installation of flooring
- Installation of tiles
- Plaster work
- Decoration – this includes touch ups/repairs required to any existing paint, wallpaper etc caused by installation of the kitchen
- Additional joinery work or modifications to the kitchen
- Ducting of extractors, venting hobs, downdraft extractors
(Please note the list provided is a guide to what is not included. There may be instances where certain items are not listed and if you have any queries of what is not included in the installation, please discuss this with your designer for clarification.)
As part of the site visit from your allocated installer they will discuss the above supplementary works. If you wish for them to carry out any additional works, this transaction is between the customer and the fitter. As a result of this Nolte do not accept any liability for supplementary works carried out.
