What is your design process like?
Depending on workload, I try to provide an initial design and quote within 72 hours. If I feel that I cannot achieve this, I will always contact the client via email and telephone call. I find communication is key to working well with the client.
What current trends are you seeing in kitchen design, and how can we incorporate them into my project?
I feel this depends on the area around the showroom but I tend to find clients really love our NeoLodge range mixed with warm Matt colour doors such as Lava/Magma. Dark worksurfaces seem to be very popular at the initial stage but this tends to change to a lighter colour with veins. The design and range is very dependent on the type of property and area.
How can I make the most of my space when it comes to my kitchen design?
Of course, depending on the space available, I look at using various unit types to work with the clients needs. We can offer lots of height options and pullout mechanisms to provide convenient access to storage. I like to use open shelving to open up the space rather than blocks of units.
What is your favourite Nolte Kitchen range?
My favourite Nolte kitchen range is Lugano Lack handless in Black colour.
What should I prepare for my design consultation?
For the initial consultation, I make sure to have the architect's drawings so I can make notes or if an existing area, I would have gone to the site and measured. I will make sure the showroom is clean, and tidy and have all samples for clients to view.
What kitchen styles do you offer?
We can offer a modern contemporary using our handless ranges, various finishes such as Matt, Stone and wood veneer. We also offer a small selection of shaker door ranges in a number of colour options, and we can also design these with a handless profile for a modern take on a classic shaker.
