Free vented hob Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions refer to the promotional offer (“Free Venting Hob Promotion 2026”) brought to you by Nolte Kitchens UK Limited, whose registered office is at 61–65 Alderley Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1NZ (“Nolte”, “Nolte Kitchens”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. The Promotion

The Promotion offers:

• A free selected venting hob from either Neff or Siemens (specific qualifying models only); and

The opportunity to claim up to £1,000 cashback directly from the manufacturer (subject to separate manufacturer terms and conditions).

This Promotion is available on qualifying kitchen orders placed through Nolte Kitchen showrooms and participating franchise stores only. It is not available through independent retailers.

2. Promotion Period

• 1st March 2026 – 31st March 2026

To qualify:

• A deposit must be paid on or before 31st March 2026.
• The minimum order value must be £15,000 + VAT (kitchen furniture and qualifying appliances).

Orders placed after 31st March 2026 will not qualify for this Promotion and qualifying appliances will revert to full cost price.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this Promotion:

1. The order must have a minimum value of £15,000 + VAT.
2. A deposit must be paid within the Promotion period.
3. The order must include a qualifying venting hob model from Neff or Siemens (specific models only as advertised). Participating models for both brands can be viewed here: Neff, Siemens.
4. The kitchen must be delivered and fully installed no later than 30th September 2026.
5. The kitchen installation must be complete with no outstanding balance remaining.

This installation deadline ensures compliance with the manufacturer’s cashback submission window.

4. Delivery & Installation Deadline

All qualifying orders must be delivered and fully installed by 30th September 2026.

This deadline ensures customers can obtain required “in situ” appliance photographs for submission under the manufacturer’s cashback promotion, which requires claims to be submitted by 31st October 2026.

Failure to complete installation by 30th September 2026 may invalidate eligibility for the cashback element of the Promotion.

5. Cashback – Manufacturer Claim Process

The cashback element of this Promotion is administered solely by the manufacturer and is subject to their full terms and conditions.

Claims must be submitted online at one of the following:

• https://mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/Neff
• https://mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/Siemens

Customers must submit their claim no later than 31st October 2026.

When submitting a claim, customers must:

• Provide the E-Nr and FD numbers for each appliance.
  • For hobs and hoods where rating plates are difficult to access, an in situ photograph will be accepted.
• Upload photographs of all appliances in a fully installed kitchen.
• Upload a full receipt showing:
  • Date of purchase
  • Deposit date (within the Promotion period)
  • Itemised appliances and furniture
  • Proof of full payment or finance agreement documentation
• Upload proof of payment if separate from the main receipt.
• Provide bank account details in the same name as the claimant.
• Ensure the kitchen is fully installed with no outstanding balance due.

If an alternative appliance has been supplied by the manufacturer, customers must select “Alternative” on the claim form, provide a written explanation, and upload a photograph of the appliance and rating plate.

Nolte Kitchens accepts no responsibility for rejected, delayed or incomplete cashback claims.

6. Product Availability

• The free venting hob applies to selected promotional models only from Neff and Siemens.
• Downloads detailing qualifying models are available here: Neff, Siemens.
• The Promotion applies to new customer orders only.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

In the event of supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If an order forming part of the Promotion is cancelled:

• Refunds will be issued less the value of the promotional discount received.
• We reserve the right to remove the Promotion and revert to standard retail pricing.
• The discount applies to the base product price only and excludes additional products, add-ons and third-party products.
• VAT remains payable at the prevailing rate.

8. Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from failure to meet manufacturer cashback requirements.
• Rejected or delayed cashback claims.
• Any inability to participate in the Promotion due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability under our General Terms & Conditions.

9. Data Protection

We will use customer details solely for the administration of this Promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

Customer data is not shared with third parties except where necessary for Promotion administration or where legally required.

10. General

• Nolte Kitchens UK reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
• By participating in the Promotion, you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
