50% Off Laminam Work Surfaces Promotion (UK Only) 11th May 2026 – 11th July 2026

1. Promoter

1.1 This promotion is operated by Nolte Kitchens Retail Ltd (“the Promoter”).
1.2 The promotion is available only through participating Nolte-owned showrooms and authorised franchisees of the Promoter (“Participating Retailers”) within the United Kingdom.
1.3 The promotion is not available through independent retailers or third parties.
1.4 Each Participating Retailer is responsible for contracts and fulfilment of orders placed through its showroom.

2. Promotion Overview

2.1 This promotion entitles eligible customers to 50% off selected Laminam work surfaces, subject to the terms set out herein.
2.2 The discount applies to the quoted retail value of eligible work surfaces only, subject to the maximum value cap set out in Clause 6.
2.3 The promotion is offered in partnership with Laminam.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The promotion is valid from 11 May 2026 to 11 July 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 To qualify, all eligibility and order requirements must be met within the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The promotion applies only to full kitchen orders meeting all of the following criteria:
● Minimum total order value of £25,000 (plus VAT)
● Minimum of five (5) kitchen cabinets
● Minimum of three (3) appliances

4.2 The promotion applies to one kitchen order per household only.
4.3 The promotion applies strictly to Laminam work surfaces only and does not apply to cabinetry, appliances, installation, delivery, or ancillary services unless expressly stated.

5. Order Requirements

5.1 To secure the promotion, customers must pay a non-refundable commitment fee of £1,000 at the point of order.

5.2 A signed sales agreement must be received no later than the end of the promotional period, 11th July 2026, along with a payment of 30% of the total kitchen order value.

5.3 Failure to meet these requirements may result in the promotion being withdrawn.

6.Work Surface Offer

6.1 Eligible Laminam finishes are limited to:
●Marmorea Bruna – Natural
●Noir Desir – Natural
●Calacatta Oro Venato – Natural
●Taj Mahal – DNA
●Diamond Cream – Natural

6.2 Minimum order requirement: two (2) slabs.
6.3 The 50% discount applies to the full quoted value of Laminam work surfaces, up to a maximum eligible value of £5,250 (including VAT).
6.4 Any value above £5,250 will be charged at full retail price.

7. Installation Requirement

7.1 Kitchens must be fully installed by 31 January 2027 to qualify.
7.2 Failure to meet this deadline may result in withdrawal or adjustment of the promotional discount.

8. Pricing, Survey & Templating

8.1 All pricing is subject to confirmation following templating and site survey.
8.2 Final costs may vary due to measurements, site conditions, or specification changes.

8.3 Any additional changes, upgrades, or requirements requested or identified at the templating or survey stage which fall outside of the original agreed specification will be charged at full cost at standard retail pricing and will not be subject to the promotional discount.

9. Restrictions
9.1 This promotion:
● Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount;
● Is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative;
● Applies only to Participating Retailers in the UK

10. Availability
10.1 Subject to product availability.

11. Legal
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary. 11.2 The Promoter may refuse eligibility where criteria are not met. 11.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
