I founded Iren's Design Studio more than six years ago. This built on over 23 years' experience across the kitchen, bedroom and interior design industry. My passion has always been creating beautiful spaces that improve the way people live. I believe every home should reflect the people who live there. For me, that means combining practicality with timeless design. Throughout my career, I've worked on projects ranging from complete home renovations to bespoke luxury kitchens. I guide every client from initial concept through to installation.

Tell us about your design style and approach?

My design style is elegant, functional and tailored to each client. I don't follow passing trends. Every project starts by listening carefully to how my clients live, cook and entertain. I work closely with them to understand their lifestyle first. From there, I create a design that maximises both space and functionality. I use realistic 3D designs and samples to help clients visualise their dream kitchen. This way, every detail is considered before the project begins.

What are your core strengths as a kitchen designer?

My core strengths are space planning, problem solving and creating bespoke solutions for difficult layouts. I particularly enjoy working with premium finishes and natural textures. These include matt lacquers, wood veneers, stone worktops and modern handleless kitchens. My project management experience allows me to oversee every stage from design through installation. As a result, clients get a smooth experience from start to finish.

Any fun facts or hobbies outside of design?

Outside of design, I enjoy travelling and finding inspiration from different cultures, architecture and interiors. I'm also an artist with a passion for painting abstract art. Right now, I'm learning to play the guitar and speak Italian, adding to the four languages I already speak. One of my greatest passions is cooking. I love creating fusion dishes by combining ingredients, flavours and techniques from different cultures. I believe cooking has made me a better kitchen designer. It gives me a genuine understanding of how people use their kitchens every day. My love of blending different styles shows in my design work too. I enjoy combining contemporary design with traditional touches. The result is kitchens that are both timeless and personal. Above all, I love helping people transform their homes into spaces they truly enjoy living in.
