As consumers increasingly look to recreate the restaurant experience at home, while hospitality trends continue to embrace layered warmth and natural materials, the lines between food, hospitality and interior design are becoming increasingly blurred.

Forecasting these trends, Nolte Küchen has launched its 2027 collection, “Something’s Cooking”, featuring four new colourways, a new range showcasing the natural beauty of wood grain, a premium quartz stone worktop collection, floor to ceiling capabilities, accessories with the home cook in mind and – for the first time in the UK – Nolte’s own-brand sinks and taps.

Nolte employees and customers were given a first look at the new products during the company’s annual conference, Hausmesse 2026, in Germany.

The new products include four new colours, the new PRIMO range, 12 quartz worktop options, and own-brand sinks and taps. All will be available to UK retailers from January 2027.

Five new colours add depth and warmth

The new colour palette gives showroom designers even more options for creating distinctive, contemporary kitchens, with shades ranging from rich, warm woods to soft natural tones.

Oak Cognac – A rich golden-brown shade that enhances the natural oak grain with added depth and warmth. Cognac is available in the Manhattan Oak range.

Oak Crema – A soft, creamy shade that complements the natural grain of the wood. Calm and understated, Oak Crema is available in the new PRIMO range.

Oak Chocolate – A rich chocolate brown that brings depth and movement to the natural oak grain. Oak Chocolate is available in the new PRIMO range.

Pistachio – A soft, fresh green that brings a sense of lightness and space to a room. Pistachio is available across three ranges: Velluto, Porto and Focus.

PRIMO: a new premium range celebrating natural wood

The new PRIMO range celebrates the beauty and individuality of oak grain, bringing a premium natural aesthetic to the kitchen.

Featuring a genuine wood veneer front PRIMO is available in two new colours: Oak Crema and Oak Chocolate.

Quartz worktops bring premium stone to the collection

Nolte is introducing quartz stone as a new worktop material for 2027.

The premium stone worktops are available in 12 colours, with a choice of polished or satin finishes, giving showroom designers greater flexibility when creating high-end kitchen schemes.

“Made to match”: Nolte sinks and taps

For the first time, Nolte’s own-brand sinks and taps will be available to UK retailers, giving customers the opportunity to create an even more cohesive kitchen design.

Colour-matched sinks and taps provide greater consistency across the kitchen, complemented by Nolte’s premium-quality finishes.

Truly floor to ceiling styling

For a genuine floor to ceiling kitchen design, Nolte Küchen has released new ceiling filler panels and front extensions for base units. The ceiling filler panels are available up to 2000mm wide so kitchen designers can close the gap between units and the ceiling offering a sharp, clean look. Base units create a near floor length design too, overall creating a calm, high-quality kitchen installation.

Whipping up accessories for a premium cooking experience

Nolte Küchen has developed an upgrade to its MotionLine wall rail system, MotionLine Slim, so consumers can opt for a sleeker, more elegant solution to display storage solutions. MotionLine Slim puts storage at arms’ length for a more seamless cooking experience and is available with or without dual LED lighting.

The latest collection of storage solutions brings functionality and aesthetics to the forefront with beautiful oak cross divides, splitting shelves into four compartments that hold bottles securely while showcasing a beautiful design feature.

Small appliances have a permanent home with a new swivel table that tucks tidily into its base unit and pulls out to worktop height when needed. With an accessory drawer sat underneath, the new small appliance storage option ensures worktops remain neat and tidy. The swivel table can support weight up to 16kg, making it ideal for storing kettles and toasters.

And finally, the new MagSafe inductive charging station fits subtly into recess panelling, allowing home cooks to see their recipes and charge their phones without the tangle of wires getting in the way.

The new range of sinks and taps forms part of Nolte’s continued focus on offering retailers a more complete and seamless kitchen solution.

The Nolte Küchen 2027 innovations will be available from October 2027.
