Navid Karagah

With a background in interior design and over 10 years of experience in both interior and kitchen design, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects for clients with varying needs and styles. I specialise in designing kitchens that are practical, well-planned, and tailored to how people use their space. Over the years, I’ve managed projects from initial concept through to completion, balancing timeframes, budgets, and expectations. I’ve also consistently achieved strong results, including reaching millions of pounds in kitchen sales within a single year on multiple occasions — a reflection of both my commercial understanding and my ability to connect with clients and deliver designs that truly meet their needs.

What is your favorite Nolte Kitchen Range?

When it comes to designing a kitchen that combines timeless elegance with modern functionality, one of my personal favourites in the Nolte range is the Tavola Oak Barollo paired with Lugano Black. This combination strikes the perfect balance between natural warmth, the classic charm of traditional features, and the sleek sophistication of contemporary design. It’s a beautiful way to bring depth and contrast into a space while keeping it both practical and stylish.

What is your design process like?

My design process is built around clear communication and collaboration. From the initial consultation through to the final design, I’ll guide you every step of the way. We’ll start by discussing your space, needs, and vision, and then work together to shape a layout and look that ticks all the boxes. Whether it’s via phone, email, or in-person meetings, I’ll keep in regular contact to make sure everything stays on track. Timeframes can vary depending on the project, but I always aim for an efficient, smooth journey from concept to completion.

What kitchen styles do you offer?

There’s something for everyone. From ultra-modern kitchens with sharp lines and integrated appliances to cosy, traditional designs with timeless appeal — and everything in between. I also love working with clients who want to blend styles to create something truly unique.

What should I prepare for my design consultation?

To get the most from your consultation, it helps to come prepared with a few key things:Basic measurements or floorplans Photos of your current kitchen Ideas or inspiration you love Appliance preferences Your likes/dislikes about your current space Budget and timeline goalsDon’t worry if you don’t have everything — we can work through it together!

What is your best piece of design advice?

My best piece of design advice is to trust your designer and be open and honest throughout the entire process. Clear, consistent communication is the key to a successful project. A kitchen is such a personal space — it should reflect your lifestyle, taste, and how you truly live. The more you share with your designer, the more tailored and effective the final design will be.

How can I make the most of my space when it comes to my kitchen design?

No matter the size of your kitchen, smart design can make a huge difference. It’s all about understanding your layout, lifestyle, and priorities. Whether it’s clever storage solutions, multifunctional zones, or maximising natural light, I’ll work with you to make sure your kitchen feels spacious, efficient, and beautifully tailored to your needs.

Love where you live.
